Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term AI strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows.
- Oversee the ethical development and deployment of AI models to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical roadmaps and strategic visions to C-level executives and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, or data science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
