Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on scalable, self-evolving neural architectures.
- Oversee the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency, high-stakes decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of top-tier researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of radical candor and technical excellence.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve on breakthroughs expected by 2026.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy, safety, and ethical alignment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading AI research teams or as a Principal Engineer in a tech unicorn.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience training models at scale.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
- Experience with edge computing and deployment of AI models in real-time environments.
