Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts and market volatility.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Drive a culture of innovation, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to accelerate time-to-market for 2026 initiatives.
- Manage the budget and resources for the Future Tech Division, ensuring maximum ROI on strategic investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Executive Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing long-term technology trends.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring senior technical teams.
