Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Next-Gen AI Prototypes and scalable cloud architectures.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., Quantum Leap, Bio-digital convergence) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, requiring engineers and strategists to think 5 years ahead.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence trends and their application in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or advanced cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable plans.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
