Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns current development with long-term 2026 goals, focusing on AI integration and autonomous systems.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead pilot programs for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and determine their scalability for enterprise deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to translate high-level visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy, ensuring our innovations are secure and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for technological disruption.
- Team Development: Mentor high-potential talent in strategic planning and technical foresight, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles within technology, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy or automation.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps that have resulted in significant business growth.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
