Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, defining vision, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Advanced Robotics) and assess their viability for integration.
- Oversee R&D pilot programs and manage a budget for experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate long-term strategy into actionable development cycles.
- Present technology forecasts and strategic plans to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Engineering.
- Proven experience in Strategic Foresight and long-term (5-10 year) planning.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics ecosystems.
- Experience managing high-level budgets and leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field preferred.
