Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Execute floor merchandising, inventory management, and visual standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store leadership
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Participate in product training and sales technique workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts
