Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products, ensuring a high conversion rate and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom in compliance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist in the timely processing of merchandise, including tagging, pricing, and folding according to visual standards.
- POS Management: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
