Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 Technology Vision and Strategic Roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models and future-tech architectures.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical infrastructure scaling.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business growth goals.
- Manage budget allocation for R&D, cloud infrastructure, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in executive leadership (CTO/CIO/VP Engineering).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging future-tech trends.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
