Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead a world-class engineering team in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure scalability, security, and performance for our global infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance engineering.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to translate business strategy into technical execution.
- Oversee product development lifecycles from conception to launch, ensuring delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Proven track record of scaling technology organizations from startup to enterprise stage.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 era, including Generative AI and advanced data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
