- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader business growth objectives.
- Establish ethical guidelines, governance frameworks, and compliance standards for AI deployment.
- Identify emerging AI trends and disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI transformations or defining multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong background in data architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
