Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired AI architectures with 10,000+ qubit compatibility
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create neuromorphic computing pipelines for real-time environmental adaptation
- Pioneer quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen AI security
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics with 99.99% confidence intervals
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on classified 2026 AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years architecting production-grade AI systems with 10M+ parameter models
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) and quantum annealing
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy at enterprise scale
- Clearance for working on national security-level AI projects
