Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation deep learning models focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption leading up to the 2026 enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Optimize existing neural networks for reduced latency and increased throughput in high-traffic environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems, to provide strategic insights.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
