Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in director-level leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions generating $50M+ in revenue impact
- Expertise in generative AI, neural architecture search, and federated learning
- Strong background in AI ethics, regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible AI frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred

- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ engineers and researchers
