Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, governance, and regulatory landscape
- Strong background in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech environments
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
