Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing AI roadmaps for enterprise-scale deployments
- Identify emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI) and assess their strategic impact
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development, including bias mitigation and transparency protocols
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate AI innovation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in strategic planning and execution
- Deep expertise in emerging AI domains: generative AI, reinforcement learning, and AI ethics
- Track record of building and scaling AI products at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable impact)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or demonstrated thought leadership at major conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
