Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and ethicists
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for disruptive innovation
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI into core business processes
- Oversee development of next-gen AI systems including AGI frameworks
- Drive ethical AI governance and responsible implementation standards
- Manage $50M+ AI innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years leadership experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in machine learning, NLP, and quantum computing integration
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and policy frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
