- Identify emerging AI technologies and evaluate their strategic potential for competitive advantage
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through stakeholder education and change management initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring AI implementation ROI and ethical impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology providers
- Present AI vision and progress to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in director-level leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Strong background in business strategy with measurable impact on revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) highly valued
- Experience managing multi-million dollar AI innovation budgets
