Responsibilities

- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics and responsible innovation

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of industry experience with transformer architectures
- Published work at top-tier AI/ML conferences (ICML, CVPR, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
