Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
