Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (2020-2026)
- 5+ years in transformer model development with 1B+ parameter systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in federated learning and differential privacy
- Expertise in causal inference and explainable AI methods
- Track record of commercializing AI research products
