Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in next-gen AI architectures (transformers, neural-symbolic systems)
- Develop novel quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Architect autonomous frameworks for climate modeling and precision medicine
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on federally funded innovation projects
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Translate research into production-grade systems serving 50M+ users
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in top-tier AI labs (OpenAI, DeepMind, FAIR)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at global scale
- Strong background in theoretical physics and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU clusters
