Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI solutions with 10x computational efficiency
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Develop ethical frameworks for bias mitigation in high-stakes AI decision systems
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with MIT/Stanford innovation partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published work in NIPS/ICML/NeurIPS
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proficiency in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch and high-performance computing
- Strong background in algorithmic fairness and explainable AI principles
- Experience securing $1M+ in government/industry research grants
