Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on ethical AI development
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research into scalable solutions
- Secure patents for novel AI methodologies with 2026 market applications
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of industry research experience with 3+ years in AI/ML
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences/journals (NeurIPS, CVPR, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or generative models
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production systems
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Preferred: Background in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
