- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with 10M+ user impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (minimum 3 papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ in research funding
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with distributed ML systems across 10,000+ GPU clusters
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware optimization
