Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions.
- Experiment with novel architectures and training methodologies to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community to establish thought leadership.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in research roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Track record of publishing in reputable conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
