We are looking for a self-starter who is not afraid to tackle unsolved problems in the field of Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
Responsibilities
- Pioneering research in generative AI architectures, focusing on scalability and reasoning capabilities.
- Developing and optimizing state-of-the-art models for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Designing robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and safety metrics.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product teams to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Authoring technical papers and contributing to open-source communities to advance the industry.
- Conducting rigorous experiments to validate new algorithms and neural network topologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning with a focus on LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of machine learning theory, optimization techniques, and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
