Responsibilities
- Design and execute research roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead a team of 15+ PhD researchers in experimental quantum computing
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Publish 2+ breakthrough papers in Nature/Science annually
- Develop patentable algorithms for quantum machine learning
- Advise C-suite on technological disruption risks/opportunities
- Maintain partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and IBM Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field
- 5+ years leading R&D teams with published quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing DoD/NSF grants
- Deep knowledge of tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Strong background in cryptography or computational physics
