Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Develop AI solutions for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI research and integrate breakthrough technologies into production systems
- Maintain robust MLOps practices for continuous deployment and monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning development
- Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record deploying production-level ML models at scale
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and algorithm optimization
- Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
