Responsibilities

- Collaborate with neuromorphic computing teams on brain-inspired architectures
- Document breakthrough innovations in peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen AI paradigms
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing
- 5+ years production ML experience with transformer architectures
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum extensions
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent conferences
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Certification in quantum machine learning (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI system deployment
