Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end development of AI systems from prototype to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into core platforms
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies applicable to 2026 use cases
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in AI/ML highly valued
- Passion for shaping ethical AI frameworks for future generations
