Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Futurism with 10+ years experience

- Deep expertise in GPT-4/5, quantum computing, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Published research on AI ethics or technology forecasting (NeurIPS/ICML)

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
