In this executive position, you'll spearhead our AI ethics framework, guide product innovation for emerging markets, and establish partnerships with global research institutions. You'll report directly to our Chief Technology Officer and lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Analyze emerging AI trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee implementation of responsible AI governance policies
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in AI futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience with global AI policy development (OECD, UN, etc.)
