Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems in regulated environments (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Expertise in policy development for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
