Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across autonomous systems, healthcare diagnostics, and climate modeling
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate 2026 technological forecasts into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI deployment including bias mitigation and transparency protocols
- Build strategic alliances with quantum computing research institutions and emerging AI hardware manufacturers
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of AI evolution post-2025
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-human symbiotic interfaces for enterprise applications
- Analyze geopolitical tech policies to identify opportunities for regulatory advantage in AI development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in futures forecasting or technology roadmapping
- Published research in quantum machine learning or autonomous systems (NeurIPS/ICML preferred)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption and digital transformation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
