Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation AI applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports on emerging AI paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Architects Program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or consciousness journals
- Proven track record of deploying at-scale AI systems (>1M users)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (OECD, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting AI innovations
