Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AGI safety
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Chair the 'Future Tech Ethics Council' ensuring responsible AI deployment
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI algorithms and human-machine interfaces
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Nexus Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and cognitive AI
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating work on bleeding-edge AI systems (AGI, quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
