Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term market shifts
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI ethics, regulation, and societal impact
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize AI model architectures for next-gen hardware
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption of emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI research
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends (Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI architectures
