Responsibilities
- Develop strategic blueprints for AI-driven product roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Present innovation strategies to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership on AI's societal impact by 2030
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative AI
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in top-tier AI/technology journals
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
