Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems) and assess business impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI solutions with 5-year scalability
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused corporate roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and AGI implications
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
