Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate science, and autonomous systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for generative AI deployment across 15+ global subsidiaries
- Present quarterly future-tech briefings to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Pioneer industry-wide standards for AI-human collaboration through published whitepapers
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Shapers' talent development program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in deploying generative AI solutions at enterprise scale
- Published thought leader in AI ethics or future technologies (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic integration
- Experience securing federal grants for AI innovation projects ($1M+ value)
