You'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, neuroscientists, and sustainability experts to create solutions that balance technological advancement with human-centric design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year innovation roadmap targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, neural interfaces, and predictive analytics
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum machine learning, or human-AI collaboration
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-centered AI systems
