Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (AGI, neural-symbolic integration)
- Author white papers on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI governance
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on AI adoption strategies for post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for experimental projects in synthetic consciousness and bio-AI interfaces
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits as keynote speaker
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AGI alignment or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to >1M user bases
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, neuromorphic computing, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience advising governments on AI policy (OECD, EU AI Act compliance)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed AI systems with >90% accuracy
- Security clearance for government-level AI projects preferred
