Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI/technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (AGI, neural interfaces, climate modeling)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integrations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 10+ years in AI strategy with portfolio of 2020-2025 tech innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum computing
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Deep understanding of biotech-AI convergence (CRISPR, synthetic biology)
- Security clearance for federal R&D partnerships preferred
