Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI integration and future-proofing.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Agents) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical vision with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of current AI architectures (LLMs, Transformers) and a vision for their evolution by 2026.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and managing ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
