Responsibilities
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for quantum-enhanced AI models
- Lead cross-functional ethics taskforces with engineering and product teams
- Conduct adversarial testing for AI system fairness across demographic datasets
- Author policy briefs for regulatory bodies on emerging AI risks
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for fairness auditing tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience advising C-suite on responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of neural network interpretability techniques
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI)
