Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for ML models
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics with regulators and industry bodies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Research emerging AI regulations and translate compliance requirements
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
