Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech policy, or ethics compliance roles
- Proven experience with AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
