What You'll Experience:
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for AI systems processing petabytes of neural network data
- Collaborate with UN Digital Futures Task Force on global AI governance standards
- Develop real-time bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Present to Fortune 500 boards on AI accountability frameworks
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 deployment cycles
- Conduct adversarial testing on AI systems to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability
- Author position papers on neuromorphic computing ethics
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across 50+ AI initiatives
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation (2020-2023)
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics protocols
- Certified in Neuro-Ethics from MIT or Stanford (2022+)
- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI programs to enterprise level
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for ethics auditing
