Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with ethics specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or digital rights
- Proficiency in quantum computing principles and neural network architectures
- Experience advising UN/UNESCO committees on technology ethics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US Blueprint)
- Fluency in at least two UN languages
